Catalog clarity
Titles, options, measurements and the files included with a design are stated explicitly. If a measurement is not listed, it is because we do not have it yet — not because it is unflattering.
Editorial and catalog team
We organise the Hozzbox catalog and prepare the product information a customer decides on. Specifications, availability and prices are checked against current supplier data before they are published.
Most product copy on the internet is written by whoever wants to sell the product, and is presented as though someone tested it. This page exists so you can tell which is which on this site.
Where a description comes from the maker of the blank we print on, it is a specification and is written as one. We do not describe a garment as “the softest” or “best-rated” unless we can say who rated it.

Titles, options, measurements and the files included with a design are stated explicitly. If a measurement is not listed, it is because we do not have it yet — not because it is unflattering.
02
Unsupported rankings, testing claims and artificial scarcity are removed. A made-to-order shop has no shelf, so “only two left” would be a lie about stock that does not exist.
03
Meaningful product or policy changes are dated and explained on the page they affect, rather than edited in quietly. Every policy page carries the date it last changed.
Send the exact page URL and a description of the problem to support@hozzbox.com. A measurement that is wrong on one page is usually wrong on several, so a single report is worth more than it looks.
