Delivery options and cost
Shipping is charged once per order, however many items are in it. The cost for your address is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Late or lost parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected it, email support@hozzbox.com with your order number and we’ll check where it is.
Cancellations and refunds
An order that is not paid is released automatically — nothing is charged. If you need to cancel a paid order, email us straight away with your order number.
Refunds go back to the payment you used at checkout (PayPal). How long it takes to appear depends on PayPal and your bank.
